Creating a Sponsored Guest Account?

Friendly Reminder: To help prevent duplicate accounts and maintain accurate records, please use the traveler's full legal first and last name when creating a Sponsored Guest (SG) account.

⚠️ If the system indicates the Login ID already exists, do not create a new account. Instead, email the Travel Office and we will reactivate the existing Sponsored Guest account if needed.

Using nicknames, middle names, or other name variations (for example, Chris instead of Christopher) can unintentionally create duplicate profiles, making it more difficult to maintain accurate records.

✅ Use the traveler's legal name
✅ Follow the standard Login ID format
✅ Do not create duplicate accounts
✅ Contact Travel Office if an account already exists
