Airfare Booking: Choose the Lowest Logical Airfare (LLA)

✈️ Before you click Book, take a moment to review your flight options.

SLAC policy requires travelers to book the Lowest Logical Airfare (LLA), which is defined as the least expensive, non-refundable fare with the minimum number of stops available at the time of booking.

💡A quick 30-second review before completing your reservation can help ensure compliance and avoid delays during the reimbursement process.

Ask yourself:

✅ Is this the lowest-cost non-refundable fare available?
✅ Does it meet my business travel needs?
✅ Does it have the minimum number of stops compared to other available options?
