What’s New in Concur

We’re introducing two important updates to improve accuracy and compliance in expense reporting:

1. New Expense Type - Cancelled Airfare
A dedicated expense type is now available for any airfare that was booked but not used. Please select this category when reporting cancelled flights.

2. Personal Mileage - Google Maps / Mileage Calculator Now Required
When submitting personal mileage, the built-in Google Maps Mileage Calculator in Concur must be used. This ensures consistent mileage tracking and reimbursement. Be sure to select the correct expense type and use the mileage calculator for all new reports.
